At Craftale Porcelain Studio, every piece is individually handcrafted. As a result, each item is unique, and the subtle variations you may notice are part of its handmade character.

Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we want you to enjoy your shopping experience. Please read the following information regarding our returns and exchanges policy.

About Handmade Products

All Craftale products are handcrafted from porcelain.

Because every piece is made by hand, you may notice:

• Slight variations in size

• Minor differences in color tones

• Small irregularities resulting from the handmade process

• Slight color differences between product photos and the actual item due to screen settings

These characteristics are not considered defects. They are part of the uniqueness and authenticity of every handcrafted piece.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us process your request, please include:

• Your order number

• Clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement if the damage is confirmed.

Exchanges

If your product has a manufacturing defect or arrives damaged, you may request an exchange.

All exchange requests will be reviewed individually. If approved, we will arrange the replacement process as quickly as possible.

Returns

Your statutory consumer rights under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 remain unaffected.

However, due to the handmade nature of our products, the following are not considered valid reasons for return:

• Natural variations resulting from handmade production

• Minor differences in color

• Characteristics clearly described in the product description

• Damage resulting from improper use

If you wish to request a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be:

• Unused

• Undamaged

• In their original condition

• Suitable for resale

Refund Process

Once your return request has been approved, the item should be shipped back to us.

After we receive and inspect the returned product, eligible refunds will be issued to your original payment method within the time required by applicable law.
