1. Parties
This Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into electronically between the Seller identified below and the Buyer who places an order through the Craftale Porcelain Studio website.

Buyer
The Buyer's name, address, telephone number, email address, and other information provided during checkout shall apply.
2. Subject
This Agreement governs the rights and obligations of the Seller and the Buyer regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically through the Seller's website.
This Agreement has been prepared in accordance with the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have reviewed and accepted all essential information regarding the products, pricing, payment, and delivery conditions.
4. Order Confirmation
An order becomes final once the checkout process has been completed successfully and payment has been received.
The Seller reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order due to exceptional circumstances, stock shortages, or other unforeseen reasons. In such cases, any payment received will be refunded within the period required by applicable law.
5. Payment
Payments are processed through secure payment providers available on our website.
Craftale Porcelain Studio does not store credit or debit card information.
6. Delivery
Orders are dispatched within the processing time stated on each product page.

Force majeure events
The Buyer is responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
7. Handmade Products
All products offered by Craftale Porcelain Studio are individually handcrafted from porcelain.
As a result:

Slight variations in dimensions may occur.

Color tones may vary slightly.

Natural glaze variations may be present.

Every piece has its own individual character.
These characteristics are not considered defects or manufacturing faults.
Product photographs are provided for illustrative purposes. Colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings.
8. Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer may exercise the statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged, and suitable for resale.
The Buyer must notify the Seller within the legally applicable withdrawal period.
Returned products should include all original accessories and, where possible, the original packaging.
9. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal may not apply to:

Products that have been used

Products unsuitable for resale

Products damaged by the Buyer

Custom-made or personalized products

Other products and services excluded by applicable legislation
Nothing in this Agreement limits the Buyer's statutory consumer rights.
10. Damaged or Defective Products
The Buyer should inspect the products within a reasonable period after delivery.
Any shipping damage should be reported to the Seller as soon as reasonably possible.
Photographs and additional information may be requested to evaluate the claim.
Where appropriate, the Seller may offer a replacement or refund.
11. Returns
Approved returns should be sent to:

Returned products will be inspected upon receipt.
If the return meets the applicable conditions, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within the time required by law.
12. Personal Data
Personal data shared by the Buyer is processed in accordance with applicable legislation and our Privacy Policy.
Personal information will never be sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
13. Force Majeure
Events beyond the reasonable control of the Seller—including natural disasters, war, terrorism, epidemics, strikes, transportation disruptions, governmental decisions, and similar circumstances—shall be considered force majeure.
The Seller shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform obligations resulting from such events.
14. Evidence
The parties agree that the Seller's electronic records, system logs, accounting records, and digital data may be used as evidence in any dispute arising from this Agreement, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
The Buyer may apply to the relevant Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court in accordance with Turkish consumer protection legislation.
16. Entry into Force
By placing an order through the website, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted the terms of this Agreement.
This Agreement enters into force electronically upon completion of the order.
